KiBandis a commercial software brand operated from Morocco for hospitality venues. Before any paid order is issued, the contracting supplier's legal name, legal form, registration and tax identifiers, registered address and authorised signatory must be stated in the signed order form.

Sub-processors

KiBand relies on the following sub-processors to deliver the service:

• Supabase (AWS eu-west-3, Paris) — database, auth, storage. Data residency: European Union.
• Clerk — user identity and organization management.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
• Cloudflare — DNS and domain registration.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Property-specific integrations (eZee Absolute, ipos247, etc.) are configured by each hotel and are not sub-processors of KiBand — they are independent data controllers for the data the hotel chooses to synchronize.

Reporting abuse or security issues

Security vulnerabilities can be reported to security@kiband.app. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours.
