Connection prices are per property and exclude VAT. Third-party licence or API fees charged by your PMS or POS provider are not included.

What does 'per property' mean?+
Each hotel chooses and pays for its own plan. Light includes cross-property guest recognition. Shared points wallets between subscribed properties are available from Plus. Contact us for a multi-property rollout quote.
How does the number of rooms affect the price?+
The displayed plan price includes up to 50 rooms. Add €10 per month for each additional block of up to 50 rooms. PMS and POS connection prices stay unchanged. Properties above 250 rooms and hotel groups receive a tailored quote.
How many wristbands or credentials are included?+
Unlimited. You pay for the platform, not for each scan, wristband or guest. Physical wristbands are an optional, one-time hardware cost invoiced separately.
Do I need the PMS / POS add-ons?+
No. KiBand works standalone. A PMS connection automates stays, guests, rate plans and extras. A POS connection synchronizes outlets and items and can automate consumption workflows.
Which hotel systems are already integrated?+
KiBand has ready-to-activate connectors for eZee Absolute (PMS) and eZee Optimus (POS). Standard configuration, mapping and connection testing are included; your provider may charge its own API or licence fees.
What if my PMS or POS is not listed?+
Tell us which system and version you use. We first validate API access, documentation and technical feasibility. Once supported, the recurring connector price remains the same; any new development receives a separate one-time quote before you commit.
How long is the commitment?+
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans include two months free and auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before the anniversary date.
What is included in the pilot deployment?+
Technical setup, workflow configuration, staff training and two weeks of dedicated launch support. Hardware and bespoke development are quoted separately.
Can I use KiBand with multiple PMS or POS systems?+
Yes. Each connection price covers one PMS or POS per property. Contact us for a bundled quote if a property uses several systems.
