What happens during the 45-day pilot?+
We agree on one priority workflow, configure KiBand, train your teams, support the launch and review measurable usage every week. The final review documents results and the recommended next step.
What is included in the €750 pilot?+
One property, up to two service points, workflow configuration, a supported PMS or POS connection when required, team training, two weeks of enhanced launch support, weekly reviews and the final report.
What happens after the pilot?+
If you decide to continue, the KiBand subscription is €149 excluding tax per month and per property. The annual option bills 10 months for 12 months of service.
How does the €375 credit work?+
Half of the pilot fee is credited when you confirm an annual subscription within 15 days of the final pilot review.
Are hardware and integrations included?+
Physical hardware, travel, third-party provider fees, new connectors and bespoke development are quoted separately. A supported PMS or POS connection can be included in the agreed pilot scope.
Can KiBand work without a PMS or POS connection?+
Yes. KiBand can operate standalone. We recommend an integration only when it materially improves the workflow selected for the pilot.
