Good to know

What does 'per property' mean?+
Each hotel is billed independently. If you operate a chain, each property gets its own plan. Chain features (shared guests, cross-property billing, consolidated reporting) come at no extra cost once all properties are subscribed.
How many bracelets or carriers are included?+
Unlimited. You pay for the platform, not for each scan, bracelet, or guest. Physical bracelets are a one-time hardware cost invoiced separately (optional — you can also use your existing room cards or smartphone wallets).
Do I need the PMS / POS add-ons?+
No. KiBand works standalone — your front desk can create stays manually and the wallet runs on its own logic. The add-ons just automate daily operations: import today's arrivals from your PMS, sync outlets and menu items from your POS, charge back wallet consumption to the folio. Most properties add them on day one.
How long is the commitment?+
Monthly plans renew month to month, cancel anytime. Annual plans give you 10% off and auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before anniversary.
What's included in the pilot deployment?+
Technical setup, staff training (front desk + bar/restaurant/activities), connection to your PMS and POS, and two weeks of dedicated support. Invoiced once on setup. Ask for a quote.
Can I use KiBand with multiple PMS or POS systems?+
Yes. The PMS add-on and POS add-on cover one integration each. If you run two different systems, contact us — we'll bundle them into a custom plan.
